Q. When are we receiving our posters and leader board materials?
A. 1. We sent the Leader Board, game rules/settings to a local printing company and should be arriving by Wednesday. If you do not receive this, contact me.
A. 2. In addition, Miller/Coors will be providing us with promotional materials and two posters for each location to help support this program.
Q. What prizes are they playing for?
A. Individual store prizes have not been finalized as of yet. Grand prizes will be displayed on the POP materials listed above. These prizes will be purchased out of our LSM budget at the end of the year.
Q. When will we get our remote chargers?
A. The remote chargers have arrived at Bedford. I will be in contact with your RM to get these out to the stores. In the meantime, your gaming system should be set up by now and the entire management team should be aware of how to fully operate this. You need to have your remotes completely charged before the weekend to prepare for Monday.
Q. Are team members allowed to participate?
A. Yes. They can not play at their home store. They must play at a different location. Same rules apply, for every $5 they spend they earn one game credit.
Q. Can family members play?
A. Yes, again this goes back to the integrity of this contest. Same rules apply, for every $5 spent they earn one game credit.
Q. What wording can we use for window painting, fishbowl and Buzz time ads?
A. Good question,The correct wording is “BWW XLV Challenge”
